Gentle giant for sale due to pregnancy.

16.1h 8yo TB gelding with heart of gold. Easy to do in all ways. Been lead around and groomed by young children. Will stand all day to be groomed. Never frets and no stable vices, can be last/only horse on yard and you don't know he is there. Good for vet, farrier, dentist, to load etc.

Sold from the field.

Needs bringing back into work slowly, on soft ground with a sympathetic rider. Snaffle mouthed at all times. Dope in the school, once back into work and stronger. Previously been ridden and handled by novice child. Will hack alone. Needs experienced and capable rider to hack in company as gets excited, trots sideways and bouncy. Does not like being behind other horses or horses cantering beside/past him.

Unfortunately has mild Navicular. Currently kept sound and ridden with full shoes and pads on front. Needs to be ridden on soft ground. Off road hacking, ménage etc.

Best suited to quiet yard as can get stressy on large, busy yards. Previously been individual and herd turnout without problems. Will live out with hay/haylage in field.

For sale due to no fault of his own. Gentlest horse needing an experienced home. Would suit an older rider wanting a horse to fuss/groom and light ridden work. Please no under 18s due to his navicular. Price reflects navicular diagnosis and being sold from field.
