Alfred is a fully registered new forest pony. Rising 4 . Currently standing just under 13.3 but he’s pretty much there and he definitely will make 14.1 maybe even more as still bum high with some filling out to do still !

Completely unspoilt .

Ready to start his education and I think he will be super .

There’s a very long story as to why he is for sale but I am more than happy to explain.

Good things !

Easy to catch . Comes to call most the time

Been to an in hand show and done very well !

Moves beautifully !!!

Been traveled for photo shoots !!

Been around kids ( my little boy )

Gets on with anything!

Great in a mixed herd.

Had a bridle and saddle on.

Been sat on .

Persuaded easy by food in all circumstances lol !

He loads well into anything as long as you have a carrot to bribe , once on he travels nicely .

I have watched him clear a 5ft fence beautifully with ease ( down to human error) . But he will be something really special !

Now before I get to the not so good things … i had Alfred at 6 months old . I had him for two years almost and then sold him as a two year old with the promise I would buy him back ! Well I kept the promise and I have had him back due to old owners daughter getting cancer !

Unfortunately it appeared that he had been pretty much left untouched .

So onto the not so good things .

They didn’t keep up with his vaccines so they will need starting again although he is due to have them done when my other pony is due in a few months .

He is ever so slightly mouthy and will nibble at you if he thinks you have food for him !

I was told he was being lead in a Monty Robert’s head collar but I haven’t found a reason to use one since he’s been back .

HE LOVES MUD especially in the form of a puddle infact I’m pretty sure he thinks he a pig .

Anyways that’s all I can fault him for really . He just needs someone to continue ground work alongside breaking him in properly! He is a sporty type and he can jump excellently!

Now this is a tough one because I wanted him to stay but I just cannot afford having two and with lack of facilities it’s going to be difficult to produce him well . I just can’t afford having two but I kept my promise and got him back to find his next new home !

He is of course chipped and passported and by portmore thundercloud !

PLEASE NO TIMEWASTERS ! I’m looking for a quick and easy sale because I am struggling financially !
