The sweetest horse to handle… Don’t be put off by her age, you’d struggle to find her as a 6YO! She’s got such an old head on her shoulders - she has heaps of ability and the brain and temperament to match!

Queenie has hunted with The EDH - she is a complete natural on the hunting field. She stands beautifully at the meet, loves to watch hounds work and is polite and mannerly. She will jump hunt fences, ride anywhere in the field and doesn’t get silly or strong!

She is jumping courses of 85/90cm with plenty of scope to increase, she has shown great technique jumping a handful of bigger fences. Queenie has been arena XC schooling and shown a bold forward thinking attitude - she is willing and trainable.

Queenie has three balanced paces, good transitions & will take the correct leads. She holds a soft natural carriage and although green she knows plenty for her age!

Hacks alone and in company, regularly ridden in traffic and open spaces - has been ridden by riders of various abilities including competent children.

Her ground manners have always been truly lovely, she is such a gentle and kind horse. She has lived out with Mares & Geldings - she is not at all marish!

She boasts some beautiful traditional Irish breeding - a real quality type!
