Jack has been part of our family for 6 years and this is a very sad sale of our much loved pony. Jack is fantastic in all areas and has now sadly been outgrown. This pony is an absolute saint around children and has been just that the entire time we’ve had him.

What has Jack done? What hasn’t he done! Local shows, hunted with the local hunt and bloodhounds, beach rides, pleasure rides, pony club games, hacked everywhere and also broke to drive a carriage to name just a few!

Great to hack alone or in company. Brilliant to hack after a bit of time off, he’s always the same regardless.

Great to shoe, load, bath, clip, farrier, dentist, traffic.

Three lovely, balanced little paces.

This pony is bombproof and will do anything for his riders! Will happily stay up front or behind and is just as happy being a lead rein as he is first ridden. Never strong or silly in open spaces, snaffle mouthed.

Will happily and confidently pop a little jump if you ask him too, although we’ve not done much of this with him.

Jack is also broken to drive a carriage. It has been a few years since he’s been driven, but would easily squeeze back into that discipline if someone wanted to do that as an extra.

Never sick or sorry, although like most ponies, he’s a very good doer so is on restricted grass in summer!

Happily lives in or out in all weathers and isn’t bothered by either.
