Sonny is a wonderful pony who has given us more than 2.5 years of fun and enormous success. Dressage has become his forte, he moves beautifully and judges love him. Established counter canter and medium, beginning to work elementary at home. More red rosettes at PC, NSEA and unaffiliated than we can count. Started BD in 2023 and focused on Quest winning most outings and regular 70%+ scores. He won both classes at his only BD show in 2024 so far. He will quickly pick up areas and regionals scores for the summer and easily qualify for PC/NSEA champs.

Since last autumn they have qualified for;

NSEA National Championships at prelim (finished just outside top 10 in a huge competitive class)

BD Quest National Championships U21 Novice (finished in top third doing their 3rd ever Novice test!)

RC Winter Championships 2024 at prelim - winning the qualifer as an individual

PC Spring Festival Championships at Novice and Intermediate (placed 6th in the warm up class at champs in Feb)

BD COmbined Training National Championships (qualifying with over 70%)

We haven't had time do do BD youth squads but he'd be perfect at this and would definitely be chosen for teams. So much potential to move up the levels and be even more successful than he has already.

Done all PC activities with us including camp. Qualifed for the PC 70cm regionals champs 2023 and jumped superbly at finals. Loves rallies, training, xc schooling and does this happily up to 90/1m. Done ODEs and hunter trials plus won and placed show jumping up to 80cm.

Hacks alone and in company, easy to do in every way including loading and travelling like a dream. Will stand all day at shows and at home to be fussed and pampered. Easy at stay away shows. Lives in or out. Shod in front and barefoot behind. Cuddly, loving and adores his humans.

We'd love to find him a home where he can continue his dressage career and make another childs dreams come true. He'd be very happy to be a PC pony alongside. He has turned my daughter from a gung-ho 9 year old to a very competitive and acomplished 12 year old jockey who is ready to do BE. This is a heartbreaking sale as we adore him. He'll only go to a 5* home who will love and cherish him as he deserves.

He is safe and fun but a forward thinking competition pony and so not suitable as a first pony or for a novice/nervous child.
