Only saying this due to a number of comments, I am 6’3 that’s why she looks small.
I am looking to re home my lovely Mosie, I bought her with the promise of her being suitable for a complete novice as I was looking for a horse to learn to ride on. She used to be a broadmare but had been ridden as well.
She’s very affectionate and will always come up to a fuss if she sees someone in the field.
Shes been ridden a few times since my ownership, when she was ridden she her trott was a very smooth, long stride armchair ride. She’s described as being not too forward but not a kick along either. She was a bit green under saddle but not spooky or dangerous, if she was unsure she’d be a bit looky. For that reason despite me being assured that she was suitable for a novice I wouldn’t feel as though it’d be fair to try and describe her as such.
She finds schooling boring and much prefers being out on a hack.
She’s used to dogs as the field next to her gets rented as a secure dog walking field. She is also used to peacocks as they frequent her field.
She prefers to live out having access to shelter to use as she pleases.
She’s my first horse so would love for her to be in a home with breed experience or a more experienced home that could bring her on.
I have been advised that she will require dental surgery, the price will reflect this.
She’s barefoot and hasn’t had any issues.
