Afternoon all. Freddie here. My Human is transcribing since apparently, I can’t type, whatever that means.

This week has been eventful. Firstly, I wanted to stay outside when all my friends had gone in because there is more of that lovely green stuff making an appearance at the minute... I waited at the very bottom of the field to get my human to come and find me, all on my own, but she didn’t seem too happy about it. I don’t know why since she’s always banging on about “getting her steps in”. I will admit, the sky was leaking a LOT, but that doesn’t bother me at all.

Then I went on a very exciting walk off the farm I live on with my human and my human’s friend, the person she calls “Mother” all the time. My human and Mother-Person were very excited since my new brother came with us with Mother-Person on board. I like my new brother, he’s a bit older than me but equally passionate about the green stuff.

Anyway, I did have a bit of a scare when something jumped out of a bush and tried to kill me, but then I realised it was only a leaf. My human was SO ungrateful about me trying to save both of us and refusing to move until Mother-Person and Thumper went in front to check it was definitely safe. Then I thought we were being left behind, so I did a fancy little jig until they let me go back in front, yet again my Human wasn’t impressed. Honestly, there is no pleasing her sometimes!

On another day, my Human insisted we go in the indoor to avoid the sky-leakage to do some rope-running. I’m not sure why she likes doing it so much, following me around holding onto two big ropes, but I don’t mind it too much so I let her. The difference this time is there were POLES. Poles are very exciting, since it used to mean I got to jump stuff, so I whizzed round really quickly and blew out of my nose, so my Human knew I was ready to rock and roll. To my disgust, all she wanted me to do was step over them. What a waste of time!

We also went for a walk around the grass track on our farm this week, which I really like doing. My other friend, Charlie, came with us. Honestly my Human and Charlie’s Human never stop making noise, so me and Charlie discussed the best point to spook to get them to shut up for a minute.

I also know my Human really likes brushing me, and she itches just the right spot on my back that I can’t reach, so I made sure to roll extra-thoroughly just for her. Today, my Human rocked up and didn’t take me out straight away which always makes me suspicious. I was right, as always, since my least favourite person turned up and poked me in the neck with a needle. Absolutely NOT on. I made sure to ignore my human for the next ten minutes, until she came in with my favourite biscuits, just so she knew I wasn’t impressed. She took me out to the field then though, announcing since I’d worked hard the day before I could just go and play with my friends today, so I forgave her.

I’ll keep you updated on whatever ridiculousness my Human has put me through soon...
